Standard Shipping/Delivery Costs
- Free standard delivery within the UK
- Free US delivery on orders of $35 or more!
- Low-cost delivery to the rest of the world, free on orders of £30 or more!
Please note standard delivery is not tracked, but affordable tracking option is available.
Shipping Upgrades
If you need your order faster or require tracking, you can use a shipping upgrade at checkout. If you need your order within 3 business days, please contact me for expedited shipping options.
Estimated delivery times
- United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 1-3 weeks
- Rest of the world: 2-4 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose, and factors beyond my control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen shipping disruptions.
Customs and import taxes
EU VAT
I use IOSS scheme and collect VAT on my EU customers' behalf. VAT is included in the prices of the products you pay. You should not need to do anything. I am responsible for remitting VAT I thus collect from you to the relevant authorities.
US Sales Tax
I do not collect US tax on US orders as I don't have a sales tax nexus in the US due to low amount of sales transactions I make there.
Australian and Canadian GST
I am not GST registered due to not reaching turnover thresholds that requires registration. I do not collect GST on behalf of my customers.
Other taxes and custom duties
Import taxes may apply to orders shipped outside of the UK and EU, US, Australia, and Canada, and I advise customers to check with their local customs office for more information.
